Terms of use

Effective date: 1 October 2026.

1. Who provides Farlens

Farlens is provided by FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO, a free-zone limited liability company licensed by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under licence number 92168, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Farlens", "we", "us"). 2. What the service is

The Service provides informational stock and crypto readings, analytical research tools, historical or published measurement data, and evidence supporting or challenging each reading. It publishes its methodology, shows which inputs contribute to a reading, and presents evidence and limitations rather than an instruction.

The Service is not personalized investment advice, a research report, an offer or solicitation, a recommendation, a price target, an entry or exit level, a brokerage service, a trade execution service, a custody service, a payment service, or advice tailored to an individual's financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or portfolio. FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO does not act as a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, exchange, clearinghouse, custodian, digital-asset fund, bank, or tax or legal adviser unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, or investment performance. Stock and crypto markets are volatile and may be illiquid. Users should rely on their own independent judgment and, where appropriate, seek professional advice.

3. Current availability

The public site is currently free to read. Customer accounts and paid subscriptions are not yet available. References to planned features, markets, prices, or launch timing are descriptions of intended functionality, not a promise that a feature will launch or remain available.

4. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts and paid subscriptions are for people aged 18 or over who may lawfully use the service in their location. When accounts launch, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. An account may not be sold, shared, or used for another person. Farlens may restrict registration or paid access by territory while legal and platform approvals remain incomplete.

5. Territorial availability

The Service is currently offered only to individuals aged 18 or older located in the United States or a Gulf Cooperation Council state. We do not currently make the Service available in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Türkiye. Türkiye remains excluded pending separate approval. By creating a paid account or subscribing, a user represents that they are located in a permitted territory and are at least 18 years old. Farlens may use reasonable geographic, IP-based, payment-based, or other controls to determine eligibility and may suspend access or a subscription initiated from an excluded territory. These restrictions do not limit mandatory local consumer, data-protection, or tax rights.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• use Farlens unlawfully, deceptively, or to harm another person;
• present a Farlens reading as personalized advice, a guaranteed outcome, or an instruction to trade;
• scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell, sublicense, or create a competing dataset from non-public or paid content;
• circumvent access, entitlement, rate-limit, territorial, or security controls;
• probe or interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's account;
• remove source, copyright, limitation, or attribution notices; or
• submit brokerage credentials, card data, unlawful content, or personal data that is not needed for the service.

7. Content, data, and intellectual property

Farlens and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, methodology, compilation, explanations, and paid content. Subject to these terms, a user receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for their own research. Public facts and third-party data remain subject to their respective rights and source terms.

Market and event data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or differently applicable across assets. Missing information is not zero. Past patterns do not establish future results. Farlens may correct data, methodology, or explanations and will identify material methodology changes where practical.

8. Planned subscriptions and Paddle

If paid access launches, the planned Core subscription is USD 30 per month or USD 300 per year. Plus is not available and has no price. Prices, features, and availability may change before launch; any operative price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Paddle, a third-party payment service provider, will act as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle is responsible for invoicing, payment processing, collection and remittance of applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other transaction-based taxes where applicable, and is the merchant of record for purchase transactions. FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO is the software and service provider. The merchant-of-record arrangement does not make Paddle the party to these Terms or the Refund Policy except as expressly stated. Paddle approval of a Farlens subscription listing is separate from legal approval and does not constitute approval of these Terms, the Refund Policy, or the Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through Paddle before the next billing date. A customer may manage a payment method, view invoices, and cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, prevents the next renewal, and leaves access available through the paid-through date. Except where required by applicable law, approved by Paddle, or caused by a material defect, subscriptions are non-refundable and no credit is given for an unused portion of a paid billing period. Refund and statutory withdrawal conditions are explained in the Refund and cancellation policy.

9. Suspension and termination

Farlens may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security issue, unlawful or prohibited use, non-payment, chargeback, material breach, or legal or provider requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, Farlens will explain the reason and give an opportunity to remedy it. A user may stop using the public service at any time and, when available, may cancel a paid subscription and request account deletion through the published routes.

10. Service changes and availability

Farlens may add, remove, or change features, sources, coverage, or availability. It does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every measurement applies to every asset. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required, and mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

11. Privacy

The Privacy policy, Cookies and analytics page, Subprocessors page, and Data deletion page explain the current and planned handling of personal data. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in where required and is not a condition of receiving transactional service messages.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This exclusion does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; willful misconduct; breach of data protection, privacy, or confidentiality obligations; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, these Terms, or a subscription will not exceed the fees paid for the applicable subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, subject to a minimum of USD 30. This cap applies to claims based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, except where mandatory law prohibits the limitation.

13. Indemnity

To the extent provided by applicable law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO from third-party claims arising from the user's breach of these Terms or use of the Service in a manner not authorized by applicable law.

FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO will indemnify and hold harmless a user from third-party claims that the core Service, as provided by FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO, infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights, provided that FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO controls or licenses the allegedly infringing material and the claim is not caused by user content, modifications, combination with other products or services, or use outside the scope of the Service. Its maximum liability under this indemnity is subject to the limitation of liability above.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the subscription relationship are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before the competent courts of their country of residence to the extent required by mandatory local consumer law.
