Refunds and cancellation
Effective date: 1 October 2026.
Who provides the Service
The software and Service provider is FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO, a free-zone limited liability company licensed by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under licence number 92168, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Farlens").
Merchant of Record
Paddle, a third-party payment service provider, acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle is responsible for invoicing, payment processing, collection and remittance of applicable transaction-based taxes, and handling subscription cancellation, withdrawal requests, and eligible refunds. FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO is the software and Service provider. The merchant-of-record arrangement does not make Paddle a party to this policy except as expressly stated. Paddle approval is separate from legal approval and does not constitute approval of this policy or the Service.
Cancelling a subscription
The Core subscription is priced at USD 30 per month or USD 300 per year and renews automatically at the end of each paid billing period unless cancelled before the next billing date through Paddle. A customer may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal using the manage-subscription link in the transaction confirmation or by visiting paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, prevents the next renewal, and leaves Farlens access available through the paid-through date unless a refund, chargeback, fraud, security, or legal action requires earlier removal.
Refund standard
Except where required by applicable law, approved by Paddle, or caused by a material defect, subscriptions are non-refundable and no credit is given for an unused portion of a paid billing period. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or cancellation right, that right applies only to the extent required by law. If the Service begins before the end of a withdrawal period with the customer's express request and consent to immediate commencement, the right to cancel may be affected and no refund or only a reduced refund may be due, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Paddle's current Refund Policy governs the buyer transaction.
Material defect means a material failure of the Core subscription to provide the core analytics features substantially as described on the product page or in the Terms, not caused by the customer's error, device, internet connection, browser settings, third-party data delay, or third-party service interruption, and not remedied within a reasonable period after notice.
How to request help or a refund
- For a product-access problem, contact hello@farlens.ai so Farlens can investigate.
- For cancellation, withdrawal, or a refund request, use the Paddle customer portal or paddle.net.
- Provide the transaction details requested by Paddle. Do not email card numbers or identity documents to Farlens.
If Farlens agrees that an additional refund is appropriate, Farlens will inform Paddle; Farlens does not refund the buyer outside Paddle's transaction flow.
Refund effect on access
When Paddle confirms a full refund, the related paid entitlement may end at the refund's effective time. Partial refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, and statutory remedies will be handled according to Paddle's transaction status, applicable law, and the counsel-approved entitlement policy.
