Accessing or deleting your data
Effective date: 1 October 2026.
This notice is provided by FARLENS ANALYTICS - FZCO, a free-zone limited liability company licensed by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under licence number 92168, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Farlens").
Current requests
To ask what personal data Farlens controls, request a copy, correct it, or ask for deletion, email privacy@farlens.ai. Include the type of request and enough context to locate the relevant interaction. Do not send an identity document, card number, brokerage information, or password by email.
Farlens may ask for proportionate information to verify that the requester is the person concerned. It will respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law and, in any event, within a reasonable and practical timeframe, subject to narrow legal exceptions.
What exists today
Netlify processes ordinary request and security logs when it serves a page. Ahrefs Analytics receives IP address, browser user-agent, page URL, and referrer for cookieless visit counting. Farlens receives aggregate analytics rather than an account profile. These providers apply their own verified deletion and retention processes to data they control or process; Farlens will route a valid request where required.
If a person has emailed Farlens, the message and reply may be retained only as needed to answer the request, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. The public calculators run in the browser and do not send the values entered.
Future customer accounts
Before accounts or paid subscriptions launch, the customer product must provide a tested deletion route that removes or anonymizes account and saved product data, handles billing identifiers consistently with Paddle and accounting duties, and documents any backup delay or legally required retention. A deletion request generally means removal of personal data from active production systems. Where deletion is required, Farlens will delete it from active systems within 30 days where possible. Data may remain in backups until naturally refreshed or overwritten, and certain records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
Until the customer workflow is verified, this notice does not claim that an email address is overwritten, that a suppression hash is retained, that every watchlist or subscription record is erased, or that backups are deleted on the same schedule as active systems.
Typical retention periods
- Account and usage data: while the account is active, plus up to 90 days after cancellation or deletion, unless longer retention is legally required or needed for dispute handling.
- Transaction, billing, invoice, and tax records: seven years, or longer if required by law.
- Support records: 24 months after the support interaction ends, unless needed longer for a complaint, claim, or compliance purpose.
- Complaints, disputes, and legal claims: three years from resolution, or the limitation period plus one year, whichever is longer.
- Cookies and analytics: up to 12 months from collection.
- Marketing records: until opt-out or withdrawal of consent, plus up to 12 months.
Instagram, Facebook, and Meta
Farlens does not currently request or store Instagram or Facebook user profiles, follower lists, likes, comments, messages, or Meta user identifiers through this website. Interactions made inside Instagram or Facebook are governed by Meta's services. To manage data held by Meta, use Instagram's Accounts Center.
If Farlens later activates a Meta publishing connection, it will be limited to publishing to Farlens's own account and will be rechecked before this statement is relied on for App Review. A concern about Meta-derived data may be sent to privacy@farlens.ai for investigation.
